JBP Part 2: Let Jenny In!

Disclaimer: Please check out Jenny's Bachelorette Party: Part 1 before reading any further.

Now its time to rock out in Boston. The group starts strolling down the street from the Copley Plaza to Charlie's on Newbury. After such a big workout from pole dancing, we were ready for dinner. Nothing crazy to report from dinner. Bar 1: Vox. This trendy bar was fun, but not really a great place for a bachelorette party. We just wanna dance ya know? Now the bride is showing off her Stripper skills by doing the 'Bend and Snap' every couple minutes, which totally earned us some street cred on Boylston street.

We then walked down to Whiskey's, and joined the long line of people waiting outside. We managed to strike up a great chat with the guys around us, because Stripper Pole Dancing lessons for a BP are quite the conversation starter. They started throwing 20s on the street seeing if someone would pick it up with their butt (we did NOT, come on we still have an ounce of class) So a few more minutes go by and we're probably having more fun hanging out in line then we would have in the bar. The mean evil bouncer told Jenny he was not letting her in, b/c he obviously has a chip on his shoulder from beautiful blondes. To see Jenny get upset over this made our hearts break! This was HER NIGHT, no one is going to ruin it. We then pulled a "Donna Martin Graduates" scene and started chanting Let Jenny In! Let Jenny In!
Whiskey's is stupid anyways. The guys who were standing in line left as well and suggested we walk to the next bar with no line outside. They were way too laid back and cool to be from Boston, so I asked where they were from. California. Why were they in town? To go watch the Patriots game on Sunday because they were playing the Chargers. Nice. Zach and Josh were such a blast to hang out with, they treated us to a bunch of beers, and at one point they mentioned they were on a TV show, Chuck on NBC. They said it so nonchalantly, I didn't really think anything of it, because my reaction to hearing that was "OMG you guys remind me of FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS!!" Not the usual reaction they get from most girls I'm guessing. I had to grab a picture with these awesome Brett and Jermaine characters. We take a picture, and finally some of the girls in the group are starting to get tired so we say goodbye to Zach and Josh, jump in a cab and leave.

Next morning, I'm looking through my digital camera and recapturing the night. I glance at my Flight of the Conchords pic, when I look at Zach's hat, and it just says Chuck. Sobriety kicks in, and I put two and two together. After googling their names (i saw their licenses, not sure why I asked to see those. lol) they pop up on IMDB as Zachary Levi and Joshua Gomez. We were hanging out with the 2 stars of NBC's new show Chuck that premieres in a couple weeks. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HOW DID WE NOT PUT THAT TOGETHER? I called all the girls right then and started screaming "That was CHUCK. THAT WAS CHUCK!" Since the show hasn't aired, not too many people recognized them out that evening. Here's a fansite for Chuck. I can't wait 'til they make it big, and we can say we partied with them. They were so nice and funny too! I called Gus and asked how many celebrities he hung out with at Neal's Bachelor party. Didn't think so!Aren't our two new Hollywood friends dreamy?

Update: Here's Lisa's video of when we got denied from Whiskeys. Notice our new BFFs!! Sorry, there might be a little drunken banter and high pitched voices!!!!

That's awesome! And that's hilarious that you likened them to Brett and Jemaine!

Shut up! I saw "Chuck" tonight while watching the game when the camera panned to him. He looked bored. ;)
