Deceptively Delicious!

I saw Jessica Seinfeld on Oprah supporting her first book "Deceptively Delicious". A cookbook geared towards sneaking healthy veggies into her family meals. The Baby Buggy founder says she dedicated her Sunday afternoons making purees out of the 'evil' vegetables her 3 kids dreaded. Some of the recipes looked pretty yummy, example: Sweet potatoes hidden in pancakes, cauliflower in chicken salad & mashed potatoes. I might buy the book even though there won't be any babies or kids running around my apartment anytime soon!

I just watched this Oprah on my lunch break (I go home for lunch) and I totally want that book even though I don't have any kids. I don't need to be tricked into eating veggies but those recipes sounds so fun. I just committed to not buying books off amazon though so I decided whenever I get my credit card paid off then I will buy myself that book as a gift.

I was just reading about this book on some e-mail I received. Sounds interesting and even though my kid is older, I'd probably still use it for the Hubbs. ;)
