So after reading up on We are not Martha earlier this week, I was SO motivated to bake some Surprise cookies. When looking up the recipe for the exact measurements, I came across a slightly different variation that surprises you with peanut butter in the middle instead of marsh mellows. Either way you prefer, Surprise cookies are amazing!
