White Wine makes ANY veggie better!

... especially broccoli! (even though I'm a huge broccoli fan before adding alcohol)

The following is a yummy dinner recipe inspired by the Bertucci's Rigatoni, Broccoli & Chicken meal, that I made for dinner last night. Also featured in the pictures is the new dish set I picked up at Christmas Tree Shops (can you tell I'm SO over winter and am pushing Spring every chance I get).Click HERE for the recipe. I went with the White Wine sauce as opposed to the Cream Sauce and after looking at the pictures, there may have been too much pasta cooked (oh well!). I added some fresh Romano too!

Remember kiddies, to eat your greens and drink your whites!

That looks so yummy! I developed a recipe similar to the Matchstick Primavera at Joe's American Grill. So good. I'll email you the recipe - it has white wine and tons of veggies...
