The Dog Mumblerer

FINALLY, Boston saw some sun this weekend! We decided to make a playdate for the dogs along side the Charles River, by Harvard Yard (pronounced however you like). Mikey, Jenny & Neal's Boston Terrier joined Mr. Rocco for a nice hour long by the water.. and after 4 years, Rocco STILL doesn't understand that walking on a leash does not mean he should be pulling us the entire time!!

And I'm still interested to see what would've happened between the dogs and the duck had leashes not been involved! Just kidding- Rocco is a lover, not a fighter

I've had my dog for three years, and tried every trick in the book and she will never understand the concept of walking on a leash. Of course, she will also never understand the concept of not bolting far far away with out the leash.

I remember prancing along the Charles River. I went there last year for my birthday. I had a horrible sunburn and I almost slipped and fell in. Still, it was a good day!

Nice pictures! We took Mikey back on Sunday to see if he could catch himself a duck. I think he is more obsessed with them than he is with cars and small children.

Awe how cute! My dog is terrified of water. She'll get close enough to sniff and then run the other way.
