Day 1: shake, lunch, shake, 20 minutes on the elliptical = Easy
Day 2: shake, lunch, shake, 20 minutes on the elliptical = Easy
Day 3: cleanse juice every 4 hours, 20 minutes on the elliptical = Ehhh, doable
Day 4: cleanse juice every 4 hours, 20 minutes on the elliptical = Oh boy.
Total weightloss on the 4th day: 4 lbs!
Day 5: postponed ('wwwhat?!' says some.. 'Go figure' says the others)
I'm such a loser, I know. This cleanse definitely made the week interesting, but knowing there was another 6 days left I chickened out. It really wasn't horrible either! The Shakes were eh, okay but the Cleanse Juice was actually more enjoyable. I have a wedding next month where i'm rocking a b'maid dress SO I'm using the rest of the cleanse pack for the 6 days before the wedding. Which means not a penny was wasted
except my pride
I know this is a big fat excuse, but I'm still rocking a sinus cold and did not feel 'enlightened' and have a clear head like it said I would, but I believe it will happen when I'm not sick anymore.
If anything, it did kick start getting back into the swing of things, so I'm glad I tried it out. Part 2 will be in June...
